How Can I answer Question when Ebay Says Listing is over 90 Days old and is only 7 days old

I have 2 question from buyers, the listings are current, 1 is an auction that was started 6 days ago and the other listing just started 2 days ago.  In My Ebay, if you click on the listings with questions and the click on the "respond to questions" you get this in red. "The question you are trying to answer is either invalid or older than 90 days. You cannot respond to questions older than 90 days."  How can I answer the questions if I can't access them?  This is not true, 1 listing is 2 days old and the other is 6 days old.  I can answer the questions through email and the messages received button in my eBay, but easier just to go to active listings and answer the question on the listings as the messages area isn't just for questions on listings.

It is a crazy glitch, here is a work around, hopefully the glitch is gone soon.

Click on the member ID from within the message, this will take you to their profile

From their profile, click "Contact" on the right,

Select "This is not about an item", then "Continue"

Send Message

You can reply to messages by replying from your email inbox, also.

I have talked to a tech 3 times since the beginning of October with this problem. I think they are all too busy screwing up the category listings in pottery, glass, toys and others to care. 
I have been answering through my email as well.
