They are not 'Bad buyers' if they did not receive their purchase in time. An Item Not Received dispute is easy to investigate: what does the tracking show? How much time went by between when you were notified of the buyer's payment and when your drop shipper in the U.S. actually sent the purchase?

If they are slow to ship your sales, you may want to find a different drop shipper, or extend your Handling time by a day or two more to cover any delays in getting a buyer purchase out the door. This sounds like a problem between you and your drop shipper, not between you and Ebay.

I also provide all proof of delivery to buyers then i don't know why buyer open cases.

I have warehouse in USA with my client we shipped items physically not drop ship.

If they open an Item Not Received dispute, you should not have to refund as long as your tracking shows that the purchase was delivered to the City and ZIP Code of the address you received with the payment. Did you upload your tracking number to the INR dispute? I do not see why eBay would have required you to refund, as long as you responded to the dispute before the deadline for your reply.

I am not sure what you mean by this reply, as that does sound like dropshipping. To be clear, eBay does permit dropshipping. It sounds like, in your case, the shipments are not going out to your buyers as quickly as they should. How much Handling time (in days) are you showing in your listing?

What measures did you take to correct the problem with buyers not receiving their purchases, or receiving the wrong item?

The 7 buyers who complained in feedback are not “bad” buyers. Just because they complained does not mean they are in the wrong. Every order you sell must be completed. Merely refunding does not fix the problem. You have an obligation to see that every buyer receives the product they bought.

You have to submit a request to have all these defects reviewed, they will get back to you within 48 hours, if you story checksout, all or most of your defects related to late or no delivery will be removed.

You should try your own country. We are not ebay and cannot help getting you reinstated with ebay.

I love it when buyers are faulted for wanting their items, and then are accused of  having the gall for wanting their money back when they don't receive it.

If the seller follows procedure, the INRs likely would not happen.  To blame the buyer for following procedure to get their money back when the seller defaults is  a bit disingenuous.

If the items are not in your own physical possession, you are drop-shipping.

The problem with drop-shipping is that you have no personal control over authenticity, quality, availability, packing, or shipping of the items sold.

As you have learned, your lack of control over those things costs you dearly.

And please do not make matters worse by trying to blame your buyers for the problems.

I hope you can find a way to take control of your business because what you are doing is not working for you or for your customers.
