I think a week is plenty to wait so I cancelled and blocked too many of those already. Time goes by and I get a notice that they have paid. How does a blocked person pay after the item is closed? So is 40 minutes not long enough for the block to be active.? Is it bad form to return their payment? I thought blocked meant just that. I relisted but it wont be active for a while.
