Hidden Promotion - Coupon Code?

Why are promotional coupon codes located away from the price at the top of a listing on the app? 

Shouldn't they be near the price so buyers know its discounted before scrolling down?  I would think it should be one of the first things a buyer sees when shopping from the app.

Lol... I'm fully aware of that. I'm identifying an issue that affects all sellers, including you. You and I both know that nothing will be done unless a number of sellers become aware of it.
