The other day i was trying to contact ebay also.  I couldn't figure out how to do it.  It also took me through a never ending loop of useless information that doesn't pertain to my question.   I ended up giving up.

Go to the bottom of the page and request EBAY Callback.   I spoke with EBAY twice yesterday (only had to wait a minute for EBAY callback).
