I chatted twice now with ebay and I can't get a straight answer, how do I get the free shipping to the authenticator option, according to the email the buyer now pays $14.95 and as a seller it's free. I tried the fed ex option which both reps told me to use but its just a traditional shipping option, thanks!

@poptokio - it's a phased rollout, which means some sellers have it now and other's don't and apparently the only way you'll know when you do have it is after you've been enrolled and made a sale with the new shipping option on it.
Per eBay community staff:
"This rollout will continue in phases and sellers will know that they have been enrolled once they see the free shipping label available to them. "
devon@ebay it's clear that many sellers are not clear on how this is supposed to work or the fact that it's a phased rollout. It would save sellers and customer service a lot of headaches if this info was added to the announcement & any other relevant help or FAQ pages.
