shipping costs being charged from alternating sources

I've been having this issue where I sell multiple items and after purchasing shipping labels, some of the charges for shipping are deducted from my funds from the items, and some are charged to my bank account. It makes it very complicated to do my bookkeeping and to make sure ebay isn't double billing me.

Originally some of the charges were being taken from my paypal account and one of the "customer service" people had me delete my paypal from ebay but now these random fees are getting charged to my bank account(Which obviously I can't disconnect from ebay and still receive payment). I've spent a lot of time on the phone with reps who say it shouldn't be happening and they can't figure out why it's doing that but they will just put you on hold repeatedly and eventually just hang up. 

Does anyone have a workaround for this issue or know how to get in touch with actual customer support? TIA

When you print the label, at the bottom of the page, you have to make sure you have selected the right funding source.

such usually happens if the transfer went through and you do not have pending funds.

It is then removed form bank. This is one of the reasons I use longer times for payments.
