Help with promoted listings not about fees

So on the 20th I  wasn’t allowed to use promoted listings anymore the ones with the ad rate. . I was wondering if I’m ever going to get them back or if it’s permanent ? I did call eBay to ask they said I lost them because of an offer being canceled to early . Also things I couldn’t possibly control . Like they said  2 of my orders arrived late but yeah I’m aware I’m somehow responsible but that’s usps , I don’t understand how they can blame speed on me . But anyway yeah question is how do I get them back if at all? These are the promotions that say to set a ad rare over 2 %

Those reasons alone shouldn’t affect profited listings.   Check your dashboard to see if your seller rating is below standard.

If you are below standard you won’t be able use use promoted listings until you are above standard.

If you are above standard check your services metrics to see if you are considered to have very high not as described return requests.  I’m not positive but you may lose promoted listings if you are rated very high.

We are missing something here.  You needing to cancel a listing early should not cause this issue.  And as far as late arrivals, those aren't defects either unless you didn't ship on time and get a scan.  You really need to review your Seller Dashboard and look at it carefully.  

Each section has explanations.  Look at them carefully.  If you have defects, this is where to see them and understand them.  This is something you should at the very least review every week.  I actually review it daily.

So nothing you described here should cause you to lose the ability to use PLS [promoted listings standard].  You may need to contact Ebay for some further direction.

Well honestly I don’t know what to do here he says check dashboard if you are below average you won’t get promotion but if ur a good seller u can’t get em either  , and ok I’ll review it weekly but honestly it just always said I was considering above average so I just stopped checking. Especially because nobody had asked for much  .

Yeah sounds like it but eventually I’m sure people who sell cards can just get along . I do know how to make my own website but obviously I would need other sellers to be in it . But yeah honestly to me it just seems like eBay doesn’t like me maybe it’s because the customers  do like me and they’re original vendors  are loosing sales to me wich also seems unlikely. And that’s probably the case since Pokémon and yugioh is so old I have been selling binders other vendors try to sell for 187 bucks for 49 bucks  well that’s all I. Can thing of

Also I’m aware I’m  nothing I just said  is a reason to remove my promoted items . This is simply what the person on the phone said to me . That said it’s because of  2 late shipments  . 
 Honestly my store had only recently started profiting before I was just scraping by I did start using labels about 3 months ago   But ik nothing has gone missing

eBay doesn’t have the ability to like you or not like you, that is not it, i promise you. It is not personal. It’s business.

On the 20th of each month, eBay evaluates seller accounts on three things: late shipment rates, cases closed without seller resolution, and transaction defects rate. It sounds like your standing may have slipped into Below Standard, which means you lost your Promoted Listing privileges. 

If so, it is not a permanent loss. You can bring your metrics back into eligibility, but you will need to work at it, and learn the rules surrounding eBay’s performance metrics.

Based on your OP, It sounds like you had incidents where some packages were not scanned into the system within your stated handling time. That is a requirement eBay has and rates sellers’ performances on. Failure to meet that qualification can get your standing lowered, especially if there are multiple offenses.

This “late shipment” performance standard is not related to a package being delayed by USPS.

To meet the stated eBay standard, i don’t take any chances—I stand in line at the PO to get an acceptance scan. This insures my packages “officially” get into the mail stream on time, and are not overlooked. Are you dropping your packages into the bin? Or doing pickups?

Well like most things it can change and it will change.  You need to check it frequently so you can try to get ahead of problems

What does it say?  Are you Above Standard or below?  If you are below standard, that is why you can't use PL.

I don't know who "He" is.  I assume that must be someone at Ebay.  I suggest you contact Ebay via Social Media and see if you can get some help.

2 late shipments CAN'T cause that.  A while back I suggested you look at your Seller Dashboard.  If you had 2 late shipments, it would have showed up on  your Seller Dashboard.  BUT 2 is NOT enough to cause you to drop Below Standard.

I suggest again you go to your Seller Dashboard and closely review what it says and then tell us about what you are seeing.
