Buyer wants to return item. I agreed for return. I shipped Item from Canada to the UK. Shipped via Canada Post. How do I create and send a label for international return from here? I know the package weighed 6 lbs in the box I shipped it in. Help, Please!

Update:
The buyer has shipped the return (on his own dime, for now), updated tracking on the returns page, and sent me a receipt for the return shipping.
Am I allowed to wait till I get the book back, check its condition and THEN refund the complete amount + cost for the return shipping? I remember reading somewhere on ebay.ca community board that I have up to 5 days to pay for the return shipping. I cant seem to find that thread now.
Or, should I just send him the return shipping amount now (that he has already paid for) by PayPal to the registered email address? If I do that, do I then just message him with the PayPal transaction ID and that would be adequate proof that I did reimburse him for the return shipping?
All your inputs would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. You have 6 business days to issue the refund once you get the item back. Since he has already shipped the item back on his dime, you don't need to do anything further at this point.

Since you're already aware of the game I'll spare you the details, but I just don't have a very good feeling about it. You might have snagged a upgrader, but only time will tell....

Well it was my first return. All I know about the game is not first hand, but what I learnt from this forum and in my short selling stint on AMZN.
I am now preparing myself for what has to be done if I receive a rock in the return package. Sometimes you read about all such instances on the forums.. but when it actually happens to you, you freeze!
Bottom line.. the day is not short of surprises when you sell online.
Fingers crossed for now.. will update you all on how this goes.

If I'd never looked at the item involved my feelings might have been different, but I had to go look and that category is overrun with upgraders...

I'll keep my fingers crossed the feelings you have right now are the feelings a lot of us have felt in the past so we all know the path you're going down....

He's a book buyer.
I really doubt you will have any problems.
Most people are honest and readers are just that little bit more.
Now if you were selling sportscards, or sneakers, or horsetack, or Ghu help you, dolls, there would be more cause for concern.
BTW- the eBay Canada Boards have many sellers with more experience is shipping internationally than here. You may find the poster coumo (sp?) very helpful about books, bookselling and international shipping.
And on re-reading-- is this a comic book/graphic novel or an environmental engineering text? If it's the first, worry. If the second, you'll be fine.

Thanks for the tip about the Canada boards. Will check in there as well, henceforth
