Help with deadbeat bidder

This buyer has won the bid on my item twice now and never pays. I have canceled and resisted the item both times but have no way to leave a negative feedback. He has 100% feedback but I've had him win twice with no payment. How can I report him or block him from bidding on my item?

Add that buyer to your blocked bidders list.

Re: Help with deadbeat bidder

wait for the 4 days and give the "buyer" a nonpayment strike.

Set up your account to not allow bidders with more than 2 nonpayments in 12 months.

Add this "buyer" to you BBL.

No buyer can ever get anything but positive FB so all sellers can do is use the tools eBay gives.

Re: Help with deadbeat bidder

Sorry to hear your buyer didn't pay @scrapkween68 , everyone here is correct. Please know that even though they have positive feedback, their account can still be actioned if they don't pay. Make sure to go that unpaid item route so it's documented on our end properly, thanks for your time!

Fool me once, shame on you.  Fool me twice, shame on me.  I recommend that you put him on your BBL before he does it a third time.

Sellers are not permitted to leave Negatives for buyers. Leaving a false Positive is not allowed either.

Your Unpaid Purchases page for automatically closing Unpaid items and giving deadbeats an Unpaid slap is here: https://www.ebay.com/Cancel/Preference/UnpaidPurchase

(There is also an exception list maintained on that page if you want to exclude buyers whom you're allowing to pay late.)

Your Blocked Buyer List is here: https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock?

Your Buyer Management page for screening buyers with Unpaid slaps in their history is here: https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements

You can view the results of your screening for Unpaid buyers on your Buyer Requirements Activity Log here: https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/blockedbuyeractivities

Re: Help with deadbeat bidder

ALL eBay sellers have the same options when a buyer does not pay.

Those are outlined here by more than a few posters.

You probably need to review all the information you can find about sellers' rights.  It won't take long because there are not many.  That's why it's important to learn about what you can do and then do it without fail.
