Good day. Help me please! I sent the product to the buyer who won the auction at the maximum amount (Apple keyboard, new, in film). The buyer sends a photo of the empty shipping box and says that the goods have not arrived. He asks to understand the situation. I received money through Paypai. What should I do? Selling recently. there was no such experience. Thank you earlier for your attention and help!

There used to be seller protection. See post 5 here.

thanks for the tips. very helpful. another question?) what should I do on Ebay. so that they know what is happening.
Did the buyer file a claim? If not, don't do anything yet.
If they file an Item Not Received(INR), reply with the tracking # that shows delivered. That you will win, and all feedback will be blocked.
If they file Not As Described(SNAD)(I dropped the 'Significantly') ... that's when you can accept the return(wait until right before the 3 days is up but DO NOT wait too long, accept it maybe 2 1/2 days after the claim is filed - look at the date and time) and send a return label(let ebay send it - IF they return it, the postage will be billed to you on your next invoice). Then start the Fed Ex insurance claim and the rest of what I had said.
And if it gets that far, and they return something that you didn't send, then you can file mail fraud claims with ICC and the USPS(who handles all parcel service fraud investigations).
Good luck! A lot of times the buyer 'finds' the missing item.
I did notice, however, that you only have 2 photos up - one of the box, and one of the case that you bought. I would suggest you take a photo of a keyboard out of the box and adding it to the listing.
If they have serial numbers, keep a record of which one you sold which customer.
While I'm sure this isn't in place now, a tech company like Apple, making and selling their own equipment, could probably come up with a way to block and notify regarding a registered piece of hardware - including their own bluetooth devices used with their own hardware - if a specific serial number is reported stolen and is in use. Kinda similar to 'bricking' a phone if it's stolen.

The serial number is not recorded unfortunately. Yes, it would be easier to find. I think everything will be fine. This is a good lesson. Thank you all so much for your help.
