Help with Item

Hi there, hoping someone can help me identify what appears to be an Italian box similar to the Capo style.

The bottom has S 105 Made Italy. The underside of the lid has the initial engraved L.H.

I Can't seem to find much about it online or anything similar. Size is approx. 12" X 6".
