Sorry for my English but it's not good.
I need help with this because it seems a little wild on eBay part.
I received a BBE report with 5 items of which 2 have positive comments, another two were canceled sales, one because the buyer did not make the payment and the other because the item that was on my ebay list was out of stock.
Can someone help me with this please. I would appreciate it very much. Thanks

Your English is fine, no worries!
Have you been restricted? You've obviously not been completely suspended because you have items for sale, but you need to figure out what's causing the BBE issues and fix the underlying issues. Your evaluation period is shown there, and you need to bring down that rate by providing as many good experiences as you can between now and your next evaluation or you may have more trouble.
The first thing that jumps out to me is the cancellations for Out Of Stock. Did you genuinely have items you sold that you didn't have in stock, or were you choosing that reason for other types of cancellations?

Not wild. Over 17% if your orders had unacceptable results and you are not permitted to sell product which is destined for the US.

I didn't read fully in my previous comment, btw. I see this now:
"another two were canceled sales, one because the buyer did not make the payment and the other because the item that was on my ebay list was out of stock."
If the buyer didn't pay, and you had selected that as the reason when cancelling, you would not have received a BBE mark for that transaction. You must have chosen Out of Stock instead. That is on you.
The other one is on you in another way, of course, but you know that. Don't list items you can't be sure you can ship out.
