Help please I don't know what she mean.

@reatorth  Don't do what she asks. It's a scam. Ship only the item in your listing. Ship only to the shipping address the buyer provided with their PayPal payment. If you ship to another address - even at the buyer's request - you won't be eligible for PayPal seller protection from fraud.

Double-check your PayPal account, check the shipping address, and make sure the buyer actually paid.

If the buyer keeps asking for you to add a gift card and ship to a different address, then cancel the order and select the reason as problem with buyer's shipping address. You won't be penalized for the cancellation.

Also, use only eBay's message system to communicate with buyers.

You say she paid, is the money in your pay pal?

I agree that this is a scam.  Does this person have the identical ID as the person who actually purchased your item?  It's possible that the person who is now messaging you just saw that your item sold and is trying to get you to send it to them and that they have nothing to do with the actual purchases.   If the money for the purchase is already showing in your Paypal account and the person who is asking you to change the address has a different ebay ID then just ignore this person who is messaging you.

Buyer's IDs are anonymous. If you get a message from buyer2 when buyer1 won (and assume that's the actual ID, as a for instance... assume the IDs are close), then buyer2 is working with buyer1 on the scam. No way can a random stranger on eBay know the ID of someone who purchased your item.

When you say she has already paid, is that because you got an e-mail from PayPal?  If so, you MUST check your PayPal account by logging in to the account yourself.  Those e-mails are very easy to fake!

99.99% chance it is a scam.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

Are you sure about that @reatorth? This style of scammer usually sends a fake payment e-mail so you think you were paid when you weren't. Don't click on any links in that e-mail. Instead go directly to paypal.com and log in to see if a payment was made. There is no need to take communication off eBay before you ship- next time keep your communications through eBay messages. Report this buyer.

First, are you sure the person sending those messages is the buyer.

Scammers will watch for certain items to sell, then send the seller a message claiming to be their buyer and wanting to change the address or add a gift card like this one.

If you look at that one message: You have to send them a picture of the gift card before they can credit your account.

That tells you, they haven't paid anything.

If there is a payment in your Pay Pal account, is it for the amount of the sale?

Have a great day.

Multiple people here are trying to tell you that you are dealing with a scammer and that you need to stop.

Are you understanding the message?

I can attest to the remaining 0.01% that it's a scam.
