We need help. We have developed a N95 Mask sterilizing unit that meets the new CDC recommendations for decontamination of N95 masks. This is desperately needed in today's market. Currently we have the only portable UVGI unit that meets the CDC's dosing requirements.
We are trying to save lives and Ebay are shutting us down!
We listed it on Ebay and started getting traction. Ebay picked it up that we were selling N95 masks and took the listing down under their price gouging policy!
We have tried re listing but it just keep coming back that we cannot list this item!
We have sent several messages and they just keep coming back that they are not allowing the sale of N95 masks! They are Not reading our messages that we are not selling masks!

If they won't let you list it, don't list it. If you cannot sell your units on eBay, sell them elsewhere. It's not like it's some kind of constitutional right that eBay must allow you to sell N95 Mask sterilizing units.
On the id you posted with, I can see a listing for a "SaniBoXX UV-C Personal Sterilizer." That's not the unit your trying to list? Or does this involve another selling id/account?

Yes this is our item.
The original item was removed as they believed we were price gouging. I suspect they thought we were trying to sell a mask for $149!
We managed to relist it by taking out any reference to mask! That makes it pretty much impossible to sell!

If you look at our website you will see that this a genuine product that is desperately needed! People want to buy but pretty much every channel is shutting us down. It just got pulled from Etsy for christ sake!

I'm not in the market for your product; neither do I believe anyone can tell from a website whether a product is genuine. And, frankly, that is not the point.
The point I'm trying to make is that no online retailer or marketplace facilitator is required to allow you to market their product on their site. If they don't allow you to sell it on their site, you don't get to sell it on their site. Period.
At any rate, you managed to get an active listing for your unit listed on eBay for an item that had already been removed. Don't be surprised if there are severe repercussions for that. Your item description says you don't even have the items available to ship, which I believe is a violation of eBay;' presale listing policy, which you might want to look up.
From your item description, you state: "We have kept this description short to avoid issues with this listing." That would certainly not instill confidence in a buyer . . . it's got "scam" written all over it--or, at best, a seller who's willing to violate eBay's policies to make a sale.
This whole thing is a bad idea and, I predict, will not end well for you.

If someone doesn't want your business, you go elsewhere.
That's how America works.

Very clever device. Should do some good - they have them for cell phones, so why not masks?
And if someone can list a 'personal laser eyebrow tattoo removal machine' or a 'vacuum cavitation machine ultrasonic liposuction laser fat cellulite removal machine', well, I can't see any harm in listing something not as .... invasive ....

If you really want to sell them I would suggest you contact the harder hit states and talk to the governor's offices, or the state's Health departments, or even the hospitals, FD, or PD, or EMS.
If eBay catches it listed again you could very well get banned over it.

Anything with the word Mask in the heading sends a flag to an ebay bot to remove the listing. Maybe just list as a
decontamination unit, but even that might not be allowed right now. Basically anything deemed an essential item right now is being very limited and pricing is being watched. Do some get through yes but that"s a roll of the dice and if you want to risk it. If they take your listings down multiple times they will ban your selling account. And you also have to have the product in hand when listing per ebay. Because you only have so many days to send and complete your sale, so you may want to wait till you have them in hand.

That’s what got us pulled down! And limited! It sad this is one of the few us made products and it is really needed right now! We are moving to LinkedIn marketing. Every single platform is basically adverse to anything new right now! Even Google adds !

Have you tried putting out press releases to newspapers and online sites? Contact your local tv and radio and offer interviews and demonstrations. Send your press releases to local politicians and community health services and emergency providers within your state and within hard-hit states. Spread the word. Also promote the idea among businesses who might use UV treatment as an adjunct to their staff safety. Consider a gofundme account to increase production.

If this is true, I certainly wouldn't be trying to sell them here. I'd be contacting legitimate medical products retailers and wholesalers, showing them the item and the CDC approval and be raking in the contracts.
You do have the appropriate approvals to make those claims, correct? If you don't, you're participating in quackery.

Exactly that’s the only place we are being allowed to list it! No hits! We listed it first under respirators! Ran advertising and got 11,000 ad views in a day! Now running ads getting 30-40 per day! We can’t change the category! DoD just spent $415 million on 60 machines we would have saved them $410 million!
The DoD contract was awarded for 60 machines that decontaminate up to 80,000 used N95 respirators per system per day.
Your machine decontaminates 2 masks per cleaning.
It would be great for a small clinic or even a hospital where the staff takes turns.
I applaud your innovation- Good luck!
