I am wondering if anyone can offer any assistance in helping me identify a brand or maker of these earrings. (2 photos attached). I realize they could possible be just "fashion" jewelry, but I bought them at an estate sale that had both fashion jewelry and the "real deal" jewelry. I have no idea if the gold is real, and what the stone is in the center. When I try to search for similar earrings I am just flooded with cheap Made-in-China and sells for $0.01 stuff and, like I said, these were from an estate sale. Quite possible vintage. Any help you may offer is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

These were made by Avon, the backs have been changed out, they should be gold tone with the Avon logo on them, I used to sell Avon for about 20 years, these were a popular item in the 1990s I think

If its not stamped 10kt, 14kt, 18kt or in extremely rare cases, 24kt, then chances are, it's not real. I have an acid test kit that I use to sort gold.
If you plan on doing a lot of sales, you may want to buy one.
As far as ID I have no clue.

Is there a purity mark and a manufacturer's mark.
If no purity mark, chances are that it is fashion jewelry.
Although, some of the older stuff by certain manufacturers is worth money.

They are costume, and I can pick up pairs like that for 50 cents or les at many garage sales.
If jewelry doesn't have a brand or mark, it is valueless on the internet market and more trouble that it will be worth.
