Help in identifying a neckalce with a stamped "circle" symbol or "O" symbol on the clasp

Hello, I am wondering if anyone can help me in indentifying the brand/maker of this necklace. The clasp has a little "O" or "circle" symbol stamped on it, and that is the only identifying mark I can find. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you. (3 photos attached)

Looks like a copyright symbol.  I think it's Avon and just as valueless as the ear rings you posted.

The porcelain is chipped and broken.  If a perfect one with box only got $3.25, and there are maybe a dozen or more listed on ebay just like it, I doubt that this one will be snapped up at the price the OP is asking for it.
