IV been shut down for 10 days and not been given any specific reason , can anyone 

tell me the name of a senior member of eBay staff that can help me here I feel like I’m 

drowning there just sending me all this mumbo jumbo, IV tried to find out why but all I 

get is jargon back from them. I feel IV been victimised and bullied into a corner that 

I can’t get out of .

ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED I just can’t make sense of this .

BTW I BUY AND SELL WATCHES

They give you a reason in the message they sent. What is the 'violation' stated? 

ps. there is no 'senior' member to ask. You can call ebay, scroll to bottom of this page for 'contact' info, but know that you will be talking to a CSR that reads from a list of responses.

Look back to the first email where you were sanctioned. The reason eBay suspended you should be there.

If it is jargon and gobbldygook, some more experienced seller will be able to decipher it.

Watches? New Seller?

Is VeRO mentioned in the message? That's a brand protection program of eBay which will take down unauthorized sellers of certain, usually high value, brand names.

Since you are a UK seller, my advice is to check the UK discussion boards to pursue assistance there, since that is your "home board" and your transactions are taking place on ebay.co.uk. Policies and procedures may differ just enough to make advice from people who sell on ebay.com to be incorrect, however well intentioned.

Pick up the phone and call ebay and find out what the problem is. Just go to the home page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the contact us link. They will give you a number to call along with a verification code.

Hi there thanks for your reply but it’s all been sorted more or less . It’s just EBay absolutely hates me and want me gone  and they’ve taken to picking on me for anything 

they set me up saying the DKNY watch I was selling  I was fake , it’s genuinely 100% REAL NOT FAKE,

II even offered to send the watch in the we’re having none of it so on that occasion they

shut m down for 10days.  

II could go on and on but what’s the point it is what it is .
