Worst experience ever for me. Wasted half an hour for nothing.
No help, given a broken link to a site in the UK (I'm in the good old USA), chatted with numerous eBay staff, none of them would help, got bounced around to different departments, then told my inquiry would be sent to an appeals department and staff member abruptly ended the chat session.
Stupidest thing was that I never asked to appeal anything!
