Help. What is the simplest way to download my listings?

I have cleared out inventory to make way for new products that I will be selling. So, I sold all the existing inventory to someone who wants to add the products to their ebay listings. To make it easier for them I would like to offer them my listing info, photos. At least the basic stuff. I put my ebay account on vacation while I make this changeover. 

So, how do I export/download my listings so they can have access to the info?

I believe that the only option for doing this would be File Exchange. You would have to download the listings, save the file, and transfer it to the new seller. I don't know if photos will be included or not, you will have to check into that.
