Help Please with a Bad Buyer

Buyer purchased item. Buyer received item shipped via ebay with tracking. After receiving, buyer asked if I had more of a certain puzzle brand, which I don't. She then filed Unauthorized Purchase Claim with paypal.

I thought the USPS Priority Tracking purchased thru eBay would be enough proof, but it isn't.

What to do?

My apology for forgetting one thing in my earlier reply.

Please consider sending your buyer a polite message advising her that an unauthorised claim is opened on Pay pal for amount $ and this may have been done in error.

It is possible that she opened the case because she did not recognise the transaction or the recipient and she genuinely thought she had been a victim of fraud.

Tell her what she purchased and date of delivery and I hope she closes the case or send a message clarifying why she has made the claim.
