Help! I am trying to upload a little video

I am trying to upload a little video (2.1mp)  from my android phone onto a listing in Ebay.  It is not happening. What am I doing wrong?  I have a store and the "advanced" capabilities.  And how can you drag and drop in a photo- from where? And why can't I have ebay  allow me to select photos from Google Photos which is already on the computer rather than having to upload from the phone?

Pretty sure the app doesn't allow videos, only the website.  You can check the mobile website or just transfer it to your computer and do it from there.

Unless I'm misreading and you're not trying to do it from the phone itself.  In which case we'd need to know more about what's happening when you try.  Also, what format is that video in?
