After a confusing interaction with a buyer of one of my recently sold listings, I opted to send them a full refund on the item instead of selling. My mistake is that I forgot to cancel the order before sending the refund; eBay doesn't allow cancellation after refunding. What are my options?

You are done with the transaction. There is no more you can do.

That's what I figured. It's the first time I've ever had an issue like this and I'm more frustrated with myself than anything for leaving this loose end dangling. Thanks for messaging

You will be just fine. It happens to all of use from time to time.

Yes, there may be nothing more you can do with this transaction but there is something you could do to prevent this from happening again. It also important to understand why and how to prevent it.
From your feedback, it appears that the problem was you do not ship outside of the USA. You do have some shipping exclusions, and you may want to update those exclusions if there are countries you do not want to ship to.
Mistakes do happen @pandybear152 but you don't want to have this happen again.
Account defects and feedback can tank an eBay account.
Good luck and don't stress too much about it. It happens.
