Re: Hello please help out :(:(

Can you share why your account fell bellow standard? Was it for specific selling metric? The most direct way to recover, but the most difficult, is to find items that will sell quickly & you fulfill the transaction to meet all the selling metrics.

Good luck!

From the images on your listings, looks like you might be drop shipping? If so, are you following eBays drop shipping guide lines?

Re: Hello please help out :(:(

You are dropshipping and you have seven negs and a neutral, doubtless as a result of dropshipping.

When you dropship, you have no control over authenticity, quality, accuracy of the photo or description, availibility, shipping, or packaging.  But you are responsible to your buyers if there are issues with any of those things.

I am going to kindly suggest that you find a new business model into which you can pour your efforts and your sincerity to succeed.

Re: Hello please help out :(:(

To fix this you have to increase sales and have no more defects. And do it fast before your next evaluation.

Slash prices or sell at a loss or give them away if you have to. Draw interest with auction format with. 99 auctions if you have to.  Think what will happen if you don't make some trouble free sales?

DROPSHIPPING Is  very risky. When your distributor can't deliver the dings fall on you.

@sparklingstar87

Tagging on with the others.  I looks as you are drop shipping and not resolving the problems you have had with several buyers.  Your feedback is poor and that may not help sales.  Communication is the key, along with being honest and credible.  Are you located in the US or is it just your items that are? I can only advise what I have previously stated.  The rest is up to you.

Good luck.

Oh, my... you have many negative feedbacks, which makes me assume that bad metrics have occurred.

1) The ONLY way to bring your account out of 'Below standard' is mathematically. You need to make several successful sales... maybe low-dollar items that you have on hand and fill the orders promptly.

2) Right now, you don't need more listings... you need to get a handle on your inventory.

3) I can't recommend how to increase sales with your current inventory. I skimmed your listings, and many of them are items that we can buy locally (Lowe's, Kroger, Dollar Tree, FiveBelow) for lots less money... plus, we carry home the day we buy.

Moving forward... I'd suggest that you work on bringing your Seller Metrics up. That will educate you in better ways to sell. Good luck.

Re: Hello please help out :(:(

Since you're dropshipping, did you have to cancel any orders because they were out of stock?

Re: Hello please help out :(:(

You are going to have to stop dropshipping and start finding real stuff to sell. I have never known anyone able to successfully drop ship on ebay long term, it always ends up falling apart.

Re: Hello please help out :(:(

Most of your negs and the neut look like problems with quality and logistics, i.e., classic drop shipping problems.  If you have trouble finding actual items in hand to sell, look into purchasing wholesale pallets and the like (just google) instead of drop shipping - the drop shipping is not going to get any better because too much is not under your control.  Be careful in shopping for sources and read reviews.  You'll then be selling your own merchandise and not depending on someone else's logistics.

You were smart to come here and ask - hopefully you can turn this around!

Re: Hello please help out :(:(

If you want to succeed on eBay, drop-shipping is a risky way to go. (Or if you’re doing retail arbitrage—where someone buys your item and you turn around and buy it thru another retailer to be sent directly to the customer—that is not allowed on ebay).

Your feedback tells the story of why you are Below Standard. You are not fulfilling orders, and there are some quality issues with your items. The other posters are correct about the lack of control you have with the drop-shipping business model. If your supplier fails anywhere in the process of fulfilling orders, you get the blame.

In your descriptions, you state you only take PayPal for payments. This is incorrect. Under Managed Payments, PayPal is no longer the payment processor for sellers. Buyers can use many methods to remit, including PayPal.

But having that outdated PayPal blurb tells me that your listing is likely just copied from somewhere else. Which is allowed under most circumstances, but doesn’t work to your benefit when copied listings are not updated.

You need to get on top of your supply chain. And importantly, address buyer concerns, like refunds, in a timely manner. Your business has gotten away from you and you need to establish control over the selling process if you hope to be successful on eBay. Adding more drop-ship listings at this time could be disastrous and only amplify your current problems. If you have products on hand, list those instead. Try a loss leader strategy to attract immediate sales.

Good luck to you moving forward. Hope your situation improves.

Re: Hello please help out :(:(

Your supplier is sending garbage.

Stop advertising for him.

Try selling stuff you don't need from around the house and do some garage saleing and thrifting for product.
