Having trouble printing a return shipping label

I bought a book and am trying to return it since it was not as described.  Seller accepting return and I get an email from Ebay that shows the item and says to return the item by the 11th.  No problem.  Except when I click on Ebay's blue button that says "print shipping label", I get directed to a page that says, 
"This return is now completed. The seller refunded $12.66 to your original payment method in PayPal."

The refund has posted in Paypal, but I don't see anywhere on that page to print up a shipping label so I can return the book.

Any suggestions other than calling a customer rep?  Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the seller decided that rather than pay for the return shipping they just gave you a refund without the need to return.

Couldnt the seller have refunded the money prior to the item getting back? I know Ive always had that option on the few returns Ive had, Ive just never chosen it
