Having a new problem.

Each morning, I sign onto e-bay. If I click on the forum site, I am able to read messages but it kicks me off e-bay and I need to sign back in. Just now when I closed the forum, it kicked me off the e-bay site again. Any one else having this problem?

You may have a corrupted cookie. Clear them and see if that helps.

Had that issue once. Switched from Chrome to Fire Fox and that worked.

Crazy thing happened. Responded to a shipping post, no problem. Then I went to reply to your message and got an error message blocking my response. So I rebooted the computer. Lets see what happens.

and just cleaned out temp files and cookies. Maybe that will work.

I use different accounts to sell, to buy, and to post.
I also use different browsers for each.
Firefox, Chrome, Opera to name a few.

It sounds like your browser is set to delete cookies when you close the browser.

eBay and the eBay community use the same cookie, so when you are logged into one, you should be logged into the other as well. And if you delete cookies (or use a private window) when you close the window, that will delete your login cookie with all the other cookies.

The fix would be to not close the browser window, or change the setting so it doesn't delete cookies when you close the browser window.

Also, you said you were using a computer not the phone app, so there aren't any "versions" of eBay to worry about.

I would try turning off the VPN and see if there is a difference.  Some have said in the past that using VPN causes repeated "sign in" requirements or repeated "captcha" issues if turning off the VPN does seem to help.  I sell sometimes on Mercari, where VPN usage is not allowed at all. On eBay it just causes issues.  

@lacemaker3  gave you some good advice of some things to try as well.
