Hate the new selling tools?? Glitches galor - 1 week of using it and losing precious time

We need our voices heard.  I am running into time stealing issues with every listing.  It's not a matter of getting used to it... it is a matter of eBay needing to fix it or go back to the old tool.

What I am experiencing?

1. Shipping issues - glitches for flat cost, and calculated.  I enter package size and weight, then it disappears and I have to do it again...and again.

2. Item details - not as easy to fill out.  Sometimes it all goes away when I try to update one item (such as shirt size)

3. Photo tool freezes.  I go to edit and it won't open.  I decide to finish the listing and go back and edit, but then the photo shows up to edit.  I edit and then it says its listed, but the edit didn't happen.

I am on a laptop.  Been selling since 1999.  This has been rolled out with so many bugs and glitches.

You are not alone in your dislike (to use a mild word) of the new listing form. Use the Tell us what you think link on the form to share your thoughts with eBay. The more sellers who do this the better.

Yep, did it every time it gave me the option... they have heard it all from me at least 5 times before they quit giving me the option

Have not been asked yet -  which is curious, because I have been pulling my hair out trying to get my templates to conform to the new listing format!

      Please just get the word out to friends and family- everyone you can think of- have them call or just list one item and leave the feedback or go to the ebay Facebook page and let then know.....the more people that hit them hard at the beginning, the better the chance of us getting this reverted or at least brought into line with an industry standard desktop listing tool.    Last agent I spoke with today said only 2 out of hundreds of people  that called in today actually liked the new tool.

I just switched to it today and I cannot list anything at this time. It keeps telling me we’re sorry it is not working right now, go back to seller hub.

Ok so good to know I'm not the only one... and how to find any customer service. I can't list from the mobile app. when I try it locks up and saves as a draft, it will only let you list as a auction if you try to check from the desktop all the pictures are gone.... and the list goes on.  It's time to explore the big A and maybe the E...

It just took me 50 minutes to list 1 pair of jeans. eBay is so frustrating, it's amazing no one has been able to come up with a better platform by now

Having exact same issues, 1 photo I was trying to rotate, no luck so I just deleted the photo, how do I set my own shipping fees for buyer? Or how do I select First Class USPS shipping? I only see Priority .

I recently deleted “another selling lister” that is tied to EBay cause their price went to $15.95 a month, now sorry I did, the eBay listing tool is keeping me from listing, so frustrated, looking at alternatives.

I agree.  We need to keep the noise going until they respond.  Where are the eBay community official reps?  They should be answering at least 1 thread

I listed for 2 hours and got about 12 items listed.  This is about 1 1/2 hours longer than with the old selling tool

THE ONLY WAY I WILL ACCEPT A SOLUTION AND CLOSE THIS POST OUT IS IF WE GET AN ANSWER FROM EBAY.  THEY ARE SILENT ON THIS.  THE GLITCHES ARE NOT GETTING BETTER.  THIS IS COSTING ALL OF US TIME AND MONEY.  PLEASE KEEP THE NOISE GOING.  THEY NEED TO SWITCH BACK TO THE OLD TOOL UNTIL THEY GET THE BUGS WORKED OUT OF THE NEW SELLER TOOL

Yep again just cannot leave things that work alone! 

The email the buyer an offer function has not worked for awhile, when you send the offer ebay sends you a note "ERROR" (boy they got that right) should be called errorbay., I have typed my fingers bloody over the years about their Combined shipping mess they made, it is even worse for International orders.

Just had a customer to try to purchase an item and said "Hello something is going wrong when I try to buy this item, it says review and committ to buy but nothing afterwards??"
