Has anyone noticed this in the Communication Preferences settings

I was reading an email from eBay and in it, they suggested checking your communication preferences. I went into the section and selected show all.

Almost have of the settings are defaulted and  you can't change them. Some of the settings I would like to turn off,  yet it won't allow you to do it. The Third Party email is turned on and I don't want to receive them, but I can't change it.

Outside of eBay and the buyer a third party email would be from a subscription app you might be using to operate on eBay.  Something like a listing tool, shipping label account, social media associations, etc.

If you do not use these tools then you should be fine.
