Has anyone else seen a total change in past views and impressions?

I made a sale today and checked my traffic in the seller hub. The two bar graphs in the middle of the page "Impressions" and "Page Views" are totally different than they were yesterday. For example, two days ago my impressions were about 100, now the views have been edited down to 4? Also my % conversion rate has gone from about 2% to 12%. 

Is this a bug, or some weirdness in the algorithm, or is it something worse? Yesterday my page views went from "33" to "4"?

IT must be working on something.

Just checked 3 accounts.

"0" impressions.  "0" views.  Sales are still correct.

Doesn't the view count only the last 30 days? ... Which would skew the numbers from when you looked yesterday?

My #'s vary little from day to day except for July 3 when views spiked (cut off at the bottom of screenshot) to nearly double any other day, and June22/23 when it was lower from taking "time away" when I was going out sourcing, and did not want to/ could not deal with sales.

yeah that's what I'm seeing. Sales are correct here also.

I have no idea what their cutoffs are actually, I have a hard time figuring out what they're exactly doing half the time, lol. But this is changing past impressions. So from the beginning of the graph, the page views went from about 40 to 0. See what I mean?

If you watch your impressions close enough, you'll see they change. I have been watching mine for a year now, and every day, they change. And I'm talking about the reported amount of views for a given day, to be clear. 

For example, July 10th may have 20k impressions today, a few days later it might be 17K for that day. 

Plain and simple, their graphs mean less than nothing to me. They are not accurate and they can't be trusted. Just more bull to make you think you are doing "better" than you are. But I'm sure most people don't actually pay attention.... 

I've logged it. I know better.

I just notice that myself.... huge irregular drop offs and auction items (at that time I had 4) all showing zero impression and views. I cancelled 3 of the 4 auctions that had no bids until eBay figures out what is going on. May go on vacation for a little bit while these category mandates and other changes are getting worked out.

Yes, there is some kind of bug. 

Around 0200 EST 7/13 the performance page began going wonky. My impressions have been bouncing between 0 and accurate. Same for page views. This is also impacting my click through and conversion. 

The numbers were bouncing around upon refresh through this morning. Now they've settled to about 1/3 of what they should be when looking at historical data. 

Something is definitely broken. You're not alone.

It looks like ours have been restored.....but our views still say zero, which makes no sense at all, based on the impressions.  No sales today either - first day in over 3 weeks.  Something is wonky for certain.

I've tried to contact Ebay twice, working on a third time here. The rep said: "Maybe you have more competition suddenly." I said, " Yes, okay -- but then why are my historical views and impressions totally different than they were two days ago? " 

Line went dead. 

Sigh.

Yes, as of yesterday (7/13/21) our traffic numbers were significantly different than when I checked the day before. I follow our traffic on a daily basis. Our impressions for the past 30 days dropped 500,000 between 7/12 and 7/13. In addition it now shows nearly 85% of all our traffic is promoted and not organic. On 7/12 (and every day before that for months) it showed around 50/50 % organic vs promoted.

Either something was very broken for the last year+ showing us incorrect impression information, or something just broke yesterday and will eventually get fixed.

If it's true the traffic was wrong for the past year, wouldn't that mean we're all paying for accounts that give us totally wrong information? I've read a lot of complaints from sellers over the years and mostly thought, well...there's a way around what's wrong. But if people have no idea what their traffic is and are being told absolutely fictional stuff, that's worse than being told at the outset they won't get that information. Yanno?

Still having this issue as of 7/15. My account is showing data for TOMORROW, currently. All data prior to 7/14 is a tiny faction of what it should be. Most of my items show 0 clicks, etc. ... 

Probably going to call tomorrow. This can't be good for Cassini
