I was selling a product to a customer and I informed him that I didn't want to tell the product because it was missing a camera and the power cord he then proceeded to tell me that he would still buy the product because that was not an issue but I was not in town and I did not feel comfortable selling a product that was not listed correctly so I took down the post and this has been going on for about a week of him messaging two or three times a day if not more about me not selling him this product. He has literally harassed me for a week now with messages about this please do something about it or lead me in the right direction to get this took care of I want him blocked from my sales and eBay account

You have to block the buyer. Here is how you can block a buyer.
Here's how to add a member to your blocked buyer list:
Here is eBay's link to blocking a buyer:
I recommend that you also block the buyer from messaging you. To block buyers from sending you messages after you have blocked them.
1. Click on "Account" in your My eBay then click on "Site Preferences"
2. Scroll down until you see "Buyer Requirements"
3. Click "Edit", scroll down to the last option, and click to block members
who are on your blocked bidder list from contacting you.
Hope this helps!

"I was selling a product to a customer and I informed him that I didn't want to tell the product because it was missing...".
Had your listing ended with bids or was buy it now (BIN) used? If it had you should have completed the transaction especially if the buyer had already paid. A missing camera and power cord is something you should have noticed before starting the listing and you could have corrected that information before any bids or BIN was used or pulled the listing.
If all you were doing was messaging back and forth with the buyer then those negotiations are not binding, and placing the member on your Blocked Buyer List is appropriate. However, if the buyer did win or buy the item you cannot block messages from them.
"I was not in town and I did not feel comfortable selling a product that was not listed correctly so I took down the post".
If you are not going in town when you have active listings You should add that info to your listings, especially if it is an auction item, or end them so you do not get a defect for not shipping within your handling time.

Nobody can harass you uness you let them, you have to have thick skin to use ebay. You can just stop responding to the person.you can stop looking at the messages. You could tell them to F off.
I remember bugging a guy about a price on a watch,he took the watch back, put it in his case and told me we are done talking about this
learn how to ignore somone or tell them to buzz off
keep on selling

Then block him.
Rather than the 250 words you posted here, you could type the following six words into google: "how to block someone on ebay"
I just did that. The instructions are the first, second, third, and fourth result.

By “customer”, do you mean he actually won your listing and paid you for it already?
Or he’s just a random buyer who messaged you?
