Harassing messages

I have a ebay user that keeps sending harassing messages after canceling a transaction because they were doing the same before.

Just don't respond at all, as they move on quicker that way.

What does this mean "after canceling a transaction because they were doing the same before."?

If you are using the old version of Ebay messages, you can report the message right from the message and  you should do that.  When you are in the message, at the top of the message there will be an icon that says "Action".  Click on that and there is an option to report the message to Ebay.  You should do this on each email they sent you that is out of line in any way.
