Handling time changing in Edits missing??

Hello - for some reason I cannot find the handling time when editing individual or bulk edits.  Has it been moved?

It is possible your preferences were restored to defaults or changed somehow. There should be a 'customize' link at the top of the page and you can checkmark what you want options you want to add to your listings:

Thanks *coins. just to be sure I did restore the defaults under the customize and still not showing up. You would think it would show up in the bulk editor but it is not there!

That is really weird. I don't know what could be causing that.

Are you seeing handling time under edits on your listings?

I don't have anything for sale right now, so I cannot check, but when I edited some listings last week, I did see it.

I think the only way to bulk edit handling time is through the eBay business policies?  I just tried to edit three listings to see if it was available and it was not there in the bulk edit pages.

I have used eBay business policies for a few years and it is very easy to do this and only takes about 2 minutes to do every listing from this tool.

I just pulled up 2 listings in edit mode, 2 unsolds individually in edit mode and checked 10 listing using bulk edit and bulk relist.  ALL have the handling time drop down directly under the shipping services.

I am using Windows 10 Edge browser and just tried a Bulk edit & handling time is there

And editing to say looks like we cross posted it worked for you already .
