im still pretty new at this and only list via the mobile app so im not to skilled at the dashboard and such. where can i edit my handling time prefrence as well as reurn policy? i want to change it from no returns to accepted, and 2 day handling to 1 so that i may qualify for the top rated seller fee credit. i am wanting to make the permanet change rather than have to change it manually everytime i list an item. also if anyone could help me understand HOW they calculate their fees, i have the basic store so my final value fee should be 9.15% on most suff, i dont use more than my included free listings, but my calculations on fees and theirs are not the same which is messing me since i have a spreadsheet to auto compute the fees and profits.
