Hello, I am trying to sell pair of sneakers and I ordered it myself from a separete website so I do not have the shoe with me.
I am wishing to change my handling time to 30 days, but I don't see the option to.
This is my first time selling as well, so I am not sure how i can change this handling time.
Could anyone help

Just my opinion, but that's a bad idea.
Even if you are SURE you can get the shoes in 30 days, having a 30 day handling time is going to come back and bite you. Even is customers are fully aware of your 30 days handling time, they will not be happy. Nobody wants to wait 30 days to get something.
Good luck and stay safe.

Don't list items you do not have on hand..this is a recipe for disaster..order them first, wait till they arrive and then list them..
But a warning, don't list anything you cannot afford to lose money on.

What buyer in their right mind would buy from a seller with a 30 day handling time? My crystal ball is showing your ebay selling career to be quite short.

Hi, welcome. Once an item is sold, you cannot change the listing. So whatever handling time you used to set up your listing is what eBay will base the estimated arrival on. If you fail to meet this expected date, it can affect your seller metrics. To learn more about handling time, see the link below. And in the future, do not list an item you do not have in your possession, as the other poster advised.

If you have not read this, might be good idea depending what brand they are. https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/selling-tools/ebay-authenticity-guarantee?id=4644&st=12&pos=1&quer...
If they are one of the brands listed, then this will apply. Sending to be checked for authenticity will add shipping time for the customer. You might be able to list as a pre sale. Go to help and look that up. But, I too would suggest not selling something you do not have yet. Looks like this would be your first item selling. Depending on the value of the shoes, there may be cap restrictions on the $ amount you can list. Generally it does not matter how long you have been on eBay, but how long you have been selling.

On the (2) pair that you already sold, your handling time states 9-12 days, inclusive of the time to be authenticated.
Your listings show "your" order form(s) where you bought these online, but do not even yet have confirmation of shipping to you? Never mind that you do not have the product you sold.
I'm sorry, but this sort of the trainwreck is what turns Buyers OFF from e-Bay and online Sellers. You are a New Seller, e-Bay will not disburse funds to you for these high dollars items until they show as delivered to the customers, etc.
As others have pointed out, you cannot change any term or condition of a sale that has bidders and/or has concluded.
The whole planet is trying to get these shoes - what happens if you order(s) are not fulfilled timely? Wow. Sorry, this is stuff that makes every Seller look bad. We have LT Sellers who want to jump back into Selling and cannot list over $10 in a month and you sold (2) $600 pair of shoes you do not have - come on e-Bay. Seriously.

You are looking at big time trouble. Buyers do not read handling times and, as any internet site, they order and expect the item. Why be in such a hurry to list when you won't even get the shoes for 30 days ?

It appears these sneakers have already sold before you made this post. You can't change the handling time on an item that has already sold.
It shows that item will arrive to buyer within 12 business days

You are going to end your eBay career very quickly. Read this other post they made. They have to get the shoes authenticated by May 3rd and don't have them in hand

Buyers want fast shipping and will not wait 30 days+ for their order. I suggest not selling things you don't have with you. There is no way to have handling time of 30 days in any case. You should have really waited to receive the shoes first from the place you bought from before listing them for sale.
