Handling Fee Disappears when Changing to Ground Advantage

Spent the better part of last week manually changing listings to Ground Advantage from First Class Parcel. A pain in the neck but pretty straightforward. Made good progress on my approximately 500 items, but didn't sell anything all week. Finally sold 4 items this weekend and when I checked the shipping info I noticed that none had a handling charge included with shipping cost. Hadn't noticed it since I hadn't made a sale for a week.

When I went back and checked other listings that were changed I found that none of them had a handling charge. When I made the shipping change, handling charge was there but it no longer is and I cannot find a way to add one. Can anyone help me find the "magic button" to insert a handling fee and if there is a way to do a bulk change rather than go back through all those listings? Thanks for any assistance

Handling fees are only available on calculated shipping options.

Isn't Ground Advantage calculated by weight and shipping zone or am I missing something?

Handling charge is still there.........but trying to do it in bulk edit is problematic........you have to go to the domestic shipping popup and then fill out each section before it comes up.........

I noticed printing a ground advantage label today that they do not have the qr scan codes that other labels have, labels usually have 2 or 3 .. helps if the label is damaged to have those extra scans..

It 's also flat rate.    I discovered that everything changed to 8 ounces  and the box size was 8x6x4 when originally it was 4 ounces and 4x4x3.   It's a pain in the butt.  I still have more to do.  The bulk editor did not work for me.  I am using an ipad to edit while I watch something on tv.  This way it's not a big chore.
