Ok.  I am doing some work on my listings page ...

I am working with a programmer/designer.

She wants to do a 15-second loop video, and is proposing ... ''I will write some code and host it on the cloud.  And it will show up on the listing."

Is this ok?

I don't see anyone else doing this ... is it ok with ebay, ya think?

Better off just uploading a video  to the listing via how you upload pictures, while it is (technically) possible, eBay's terms state:
