In my other selling account about a week ago my sales dropped about 80% and I initially thought it was a blip, 5 days in it was still the same and I started looking, I noticed my listing impressions is down 62% and page views is down 37%. So I started searching for everything I sell and I'm dead last in all over them under best match, even below new listings from china. Is someone else experincing the same issues or is just me, customer service is useless. One thing I did nootice was it started when all those item specifics started popping up

How do you compare when filtered to "Price + Shipping: lowest first?"

Without knowing what the listing is and what search terms you are using, we really cannot give you much assistance.

The quality of the output here depends largely on the quality of the input.

Looks like you are good to go. Very few buyer ever keep the search result at best match. You are one of the lucky ones. Since you have the lowest price assuming the item is in demand you should get a sale much easier than all the other sellers. Smile and be happy !!!!

Hi, can you explain further what you mean by this? Are you using I.S. in your listings?

Also, have you had another person check your listing placement? Preferably someone not in your household. When you check your own, you are seeing the result of ebay showing the skewed results of Cassini which is supposed to take into account your personal shopping/buying history. Other members may have a different view of your listing placement.

If you are a new seller, i would say your drastically altered sales, views and impressions could be the result of a new selling account no longer getting the boost eBay is rumoured to give new ones.

I had couple of people check it with different ip addresses and different accounts, they are all down at the last page, this started on the 15th of april when the item specifics started popping up. page views are down too, we have had to put all our listings in ads just to get any sales, we used to do 120 daily average and over 250 on sundays, but now only 72 this sunday. Customer service has no solution at all

I'm confused about the purpose of your thread.

Are you just wanting at least one other seller to say that they are experiencing the same thing?
Are you searching for a solution.

If your purpose is #1 ... yes, I've had my items show up at the bottom of best match. If your purpose is #2 (which I assume may be your purpose because you have "HELP!!!!" in the title), then you really need to give out some more information, such as your account name, items, search terms, etc.

Yes, in fact I've worked very hard to SEO all my listings. I go as far as writing all of my listings in HTML format so I can use proper formatting, I've went through great lengths to take above average photographs, I've gone through great lengths to do everything recommended by Ebay. In fact this was paying off last week allot of my listings were positioned respectfully and my sales reflected that. Then it was like someone threw a switch. All my listings are in no mans land below some of the most disgusting listings I've ever seen as far as SEO and attention to detail goes.

So to answer your question no you are not alone.
