Hello, I need help on what to do in this particular situation. A buyer recently notified me that a component of their purchase was missing, so I gave them a full refund. They later contacted me, insisting on giving me part of the refund back. I am not sure about how to go about that unless I use an outside party like PayPal, etc, which I believe is against eBay's policies. Please advise.
