Recently a buyer purchased two items from me. I shipped them within 24 hours. They were delivered
in a couple of days. The BUYER left me two NEUTRAL Feedback ratings due to USPS multiple (24)
shipping entries as it moved through the system to be delivered. This had nothing to do with me at all.
I sent him an email explaining this and he will not change my rating to POSITIVE. Can I get these two
neutrals removed by eBay? I know they are not Negatives, but still they are not fair or accurate in my opinion.
Any suggestions? Anyone else have this happen with sellers? Thank you.

So your buyer left neutral feedback because their purchase was tracked at just about every step on its travels to his door?
And we have buyers who come here fairly frequently and complain because that didn't happen.
