HAVING TROUBLE WITH BULK EDITTING TOOLS OVER THE LAST TWO MONTH.

ANY SELLER HAD A SAME ISSUE??

REPORTED IT TO EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KEEP SAYING WAIT????

I HAVE  MORE THAN 2600 LISTING AND TRY TO CHANGE THE HANDDLING TIME ,

BUT BULK EDIT TOOL DOESN'T WORK.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

ANYONE CAN HELP THIS ISSUE,

PLEASE POST IT SOLUTION.

I can change the handling time by editing the shipping policy. It will change for all listings which use that shipping policy.

Obviously, I may have to edit multiple shipping policies to change all the listings.

I changed my handling  yesterday for 1200 listings using bulk edit and no problem,took a 30 sec or so....

What exactly is happening to you?

Hi there, I just noticed your posting and was wondering what your problem may have been.  I'm having an issue with the bulk scheduling tool as well. I had about 100 auctions to schedule and when I put it the first time and tried to start the rest at 5 minute intervals all of the timing was off. I could not get it to schedule properly. I had to go into each individual auction and set the start time.  I reported this 2 weeks ago and all I got was they will write a "ticket".  Any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance.
