I was just searching for an item and had no preference clicked for delivery.
But when I clicked the guaranteed 3 day delivery button on the top of the page to the right a whole different page of items for sale came up!!!!!!
How is it possible that we have to search for something by the delivery date instead of having all items that are for sale being displayed on the same page.
Then if you want to sort by delivery speed fine!
This must be very confusing for buyers.
How often do they get a partial list of items that they are searching for?
So my items are not included in their search ?
Please help me understand . Thanks

Amazon and other retailers sell their own items and also have their own warehouse. Ebay has and sells ..... nothing.
Most 3PB sellers on all sites are not included in prime or any guaranteed delivery.
A good example is Nordstroms.com. If it's not shipped by the Nordstrom drop ship warehouse, the 3PB vendor who gets the order either has to ship it by the date given to them, or Nordstrom cancels the order if it's late. If the vendor ships anyway after Nordstrom cancels it, they don't get paid for it.

The OP asked to help him understand why there was a 3 day or less button.
It is because of Amazon prime and other retailers who have a fast 2-3 day shipping program. To compete ebay added the new search funtion. Will it help ebays bottom line? Who knows but ebay thinks it will help them.
I never said or insinuated that ebay has has a wharehouse or sells its own items and that is not relevant to the OP question.
