Did you mean:

Ground Advantage has too many syllables

Because of this, my staff is pretty reluctant to stop calling it "first class" and switch to "ground advantage". Also because they know if you still call it "first class", no one will confuse it with any other service than Ground Advantage.

I know you can call it GA, but it still doesn't immediately scream Ground Advantage. My brain immediately thinks of "General Admission" when I hear that acronym.

Don't even talk to me about Priority Mail Express, I still call it "Express Mail".

The lengthy name isn't the only reason why I don't like to call it "Priority Mail Express". There's a risk of confusion or cautious people will waste time double-checking to clear any confusion. You already have "Priority Mail". I wouldn't be surprised if when someone asked to speedy shipping and ask for "Priority Mail", that they would then be asked "Did you mean Priority Mail Express, or simply Priority Mail?"

That's the exact reason why I don't want to shorten it to "Ground" because then it becomes a conflict between UPS Ground and USPS Ground.
