Great Communication Ebay.........NOT!

So being unemployed I was putzing around and being bored I actually clicked on the "All Selling" tab, something I rarely do, and then I actually scrolled all the way to the bottom to find I had a promotional offer of 100 free listings that expires tomorrow.  Yep, no e-mail, no ,message, just a note at the bottom of a very long page that I usually don't bother to open up. Are you kidding me? Are your corporate masters this daft?  Anyhow, I did click on the offer but as yet I am still being charged the 35¢ listing fee.

This is exactly why I have customized my Seller Hub.

I have placed the "Offers" tile at the very top of the screen - right there with my "Orders" tile - so that I see it every time I go to My eBay.

You might want to try reading the FINE PRINT under the learn more link.

FWIW checking messages isn't the best way to check for promotional offers as eBay is notorious for sending them later than the promo starts.

Checking your promotional offers section under "all selling" or even these boards is usually more reliable.

Au contraire, I read the details of the offer extended to me and it did not require best offer.

It doesn't say BEST offer, it says ACCEPT offers.  Same thing just different weasel wording.
