Got about 5,000 US$ stuck in managed payments and unable to enter my bank information

Hey guys!

 

So when I entered in managed payment I had to choose a currency for my account and picked US$ since about 80% of my sales are in US$.

 

Now I have about 5k US$ in my account and when I try to enter my RBC US bank account in there to get my money, it doesn't work because it's not a Canadian bank account...

 

What should I do? Is there a way to make a Canadian US$ account?

Can't you set up an electronic transfer funds between that bank and yours?

There are several really reliable, active Canadian sellers who frequent these discussion boards. Hopefully, one of them will be able to help.
