Here's my idea. Everytime  I leave a feedback from now on. I'm going to say something like this. Great USA seller! Buy from USA sellers! If it would catch on, and everyone does it. Maybe it Could help? Do it!    Pass it on and fight back.

So does that mean that if only Germany and France have the keychains I collect, I should not buy from them?

There are good and bad sellers in every country.

Feedback should be about the item not a personal statement.

It sounds like you want to turn feedback into propaganda advertisements instead of feedback about the item bought?

Good Luck Selling!

First - "fight back" against what?

Second - "maybe it could help" what?

Third - I never look at feedback before I buy.

"Great USA seller"

Merely descriptive, & entitled to post his/her opinion

You then decide the weight that it should be given.

Great USA seller is fine.

Buy from US sellers is a personal statement.

You reminded me of the Friends episode, where Phoebe says she doesn't even have a PLA.

While I understand your plight, buyers don't really read feedback. In fact, they don't even read listing itself

With all due respect, MANY buyers still read feedback comments as they know that is the way to avoid a problematic transaction and it is part of buyer's due diligence.  They also read the listing itself!

What about US sellers dropshipping from, say, Kuwait?

Or selling items he bought in BanglaDesh?

Is the location of the seller the only consideration?

Or German sellers offering Levi jeans?

My head hurts.

Agreed, but many don't. I'd be curious to know how many false SNADs have been filed due to a buyer not reading the listing. There have been numerous complaints on this board alone about buyers not reading measurments, condition descriptions, etc.

On 8/22 I was hit with a false SNAD for an item not being NWT. Listing clearly stated Pre-Owned. I fought it and as of today, which is the deadline, the buyer has not shipped the item back.  Maybe I've become a tad cynical.

I fully agree it's part of buyer's due diligence, just wish all buyers felt that way!

Sadly this is true.  Many DON'T do their buyer's due diligence or read the listing.  I think phones encourage that.  Some just file a false SNAD to have return shipping paid.  I get that and I feel for all those who have had that happen.  In a perfect world, there would be NO SNADS, legitimate or otherwise.
