Sent exact item which the person ordered.
They will not be sending me the item back as they filed an unauthorized use of their credit card through paypal. I have proof of delivery to the exact address so I will be winning that through seller protection. Would it be possible to get the negative removed? I mean if they filed an unauthorized use, someone else used their credit card.

Again, they just may have made a mistake and thought the charge on their CC was incorrect. How charges show on a CC aren't always easy to figure out what they are for when it comes to an internet sale. Your buyer may have been just confused.
This is extremely easy for you to fix. Contact Ebay and find out if their account on Ebay was taken over or otherwise compromised. If it has, then you can get the FB removed.

Why the delay? You could have had this handled the day you posted this thread. If you are going to call Ebay, it is better to call Monday through Friday. But your decision to make of course.

PayPal is still investigating.

That was an incredible story; that is why I put my confidence in you here. They don't know who they are dealing with.
Hope you hear from that buyer soon.

If you want to wait on that, fine. When they are done, they will decide the matter and you will have to just deal with what they decide. It is completely up to you if you want to take that chance or be proactive and deal with it now by calling. Your choice. You are more of a gambler than I am.

The buyer bought the item and it wasnt what they wanted so they filed fraudulent use of card through their bank. Looks like I will be calling eBay on Monday and try to straighten this out one way or the other and might give Paypal a call as well. I have the buyer admitting this through an email I just received.

Great, so now you have the proof. Call Ebay, see what they can do to help. PP won't take the Ebay email as proof, so you are going to have to see what you can get done with PP without it. It is possible the FB may help, but hard to say until you call. You of course can just wait and let PP decide, then appeal if you don't like their decision. Your choice.

Good luck with getting the negative removed. You did nothing to deserve it.

I should be covered under paypals seller protection because the item was sent to the item in paypal. I have never lost a claim before when I have had the proof of delivery to the appropriate address so that is secondary to me at the moment. I am going to call on Monday to discuss the negative. Thanks for all the help!
