Glow-in-the-Dark Switch Plates - Global Shipping Program to Canada

I sell a lot of different types of items. Every item uses Global Shipping Program. For some reason Glow-in-the-Dark Switch Plates won't ship to Canada. My other items ship to Canada. Glow-in-the-Dark Switch Plates ship to many many other countries. This is weird and I can't figure out how to fix it.

It's probably related to Canadian Electrical Codes for safety and nothing you can fix.

Hi, Could you switch the wording of your listing? Maybe that would help. Call E-bay they might know how to get around this.

It's blocked by the electrical supplies - wall plates category. They won't accept any wall plates, purposely done by Canada because the Canadian Electrical code and US are not identical, configurations on some plates may be different, noting to do with switch plates but they can't monitor every sale so just block the category.   You'd have to pick another category, maybe home décor?
