Your packages didn't get all the scans. But it was successfully delivered to GSP and that's all that counts. It stops in OH at the regional USPS sort center. If it gets all the scans (not mandatory) it will show the following Cincinnati OH scans- arrival at unit, the time it was processed through the sort center, leaving or in transit . It will next show ERLANGER, KY Delivered, and next scan will say ERLANGER , KY Arrived at the Global Shipping Center-Delivered. Either one of those scans saying DELIVERED means your job is done unless the buyer claims it isn't as described/doesn't match the description after they receive it.
As it continues through the GSP center it will have more ERLANGER KY scans showing Processing at the Global Shipping Center, Customs Documentation and Labeling and when it's shipped from the Global Shipping Center to International Destination. GSP supplies the buyer with tracking numbers when that happens.
Anyway I'm pretty sure it made it to GSP if the exact wording says Arrived at the Global Shipping Center-Delivered.
