Global payment service questionnaire

At the connection stage between EBAY and PIONEER I was asked to provide additional information to PIONEER, this information includes the Global payment service questionnaire requesting details about my store and website, however I do not have a store and I have no website so I can not fill in details.

My suggestion is to contact Payoneer. This is a US ebay forum and the members here do not use Payoneer nor do they have much knowledge of how it works.   Here's a link that may help you;

It sounds like  you said that you were operating as a business, in which case you have to provide Payoneer with details that are relevant to your business, license, the owners, etc.

The type of Payoneer account has to match your eBay account, so either they both have to be individual accounts or they both have to be business accounts. Possibly, Payoneer is asking for this information because your eBay account is a business account.

@ckimodog , this is the eBay.com forum, not JUST the eBay USA forum. eBay Israel il.ebay.com is part of eBay.com, and so are many other eBay websites. This forum is for all those sellers, and also for those sellers who don't have eBay websites in their country, and who chose to work on eBay.com.

There are many members here who understand about Payoneer, and can help, whether they use Payoneer themselves or not.

Since you already have an eBay account, be sure to create your Payoneer account using the link from your eBay account. That will allow eBay to send your personal information directly to Payoneer to set up your Payoneer account. That will also ensure that your data matches.

If you are asked for your online store or business details, just state that you are selling on eBay and mention the types of items you will be listing (like "household items" or "consumer electronics" or "clothing" or "jewelry", etc).
