Global Shipping on New Listing tool

Hope this is a dumb question, with an easy answer. The new listing tool has global shipping with a blue half circle. when I pressed it on the left, hope that turned it off! Anyone know if that's true? I never used it on small value items so before when listing new/similar, had to physically turn it off. Thanks!

Yes, you have physically turned it off if you ticked it and the blue doesn't show. No worries!

ETA: I don't use GSP and here's how mine looks.

I have the new listing tool on one account, but not the other. The one with the new listing tools looks like this for me:

I'm guessing it's because I have shipping policies. I have one for Global Shipping, one for Regular and one for Local Pickup and choose it from the "Shipping Policy" dropdown.
